MICROBLADING AND SEMI PERMANENT MAKEUP

Microblading and Semi-Permanent Makeup is 2-3 step process:

 

1st Session
During this appointment we determine your shape & colour, discuss the healing process and apply your first layer of pigment. The treated area will appear darker for 7-10 days while it is healing. Lighting and sometimes dramatic fading can occur during this period as the skin is conditioning to receive pigment. A 2nd application will be necessary 4-8 weeks later.

 

2nd Session TouchUp
At your second appointment (4-8 weeks later) we will reapply the colour and further perfect the shape and colour where needed. If dramatic fading has occurred at your first session, the second session will now take much better in the skin. If a third session is needed, it can be done 4-8 weeks later to further reinforce colour.

 

3rd Session TouchUp
Additional sessions are not always necessary, however they are most common for those with problematic oily or dry skin, those who did not follow their Pre-Care/After-Care as directed or in the case of eyebrows-those who have little/no natural brow hair present.

 

Colour Boost Appointment
This is the regular treatment clients require, on average, once a year (6-18 months) to restore lost pigment and keep results looking their best.

 

Touch up sessions must be done between 4 and 8 weeks after your previous appointment. Sometimes due to varying reasons, clients are unable to come in for their touch up before the 8 weeks are done. Late Touch up sessions, that are done more than 8 weeks after the previous treatment on the same area, are charged as follows:

 

TouchUp appointment done 4-8 weeks after last appointment: £55
TouchUp appointment done 8-16 weeks after last appointment £75
TouchUp appointment done 16-24 weeks after last appointment £95

 

Colour Boost
Your new microblading or semipermanent makeup needs regular ‘freshen up’ sessions, every 6-18 months to restore pigment lost with time and to keep results looking their best. This is called a Colour Boost. To reward our clients for coming back year after year, Colour Boosts are cheaper than the original full treatment price. 

Appointments made more than 18 months after the last visit are charged the full 1st session treatment cost.

 

Important: If you are a new client that has pre-existing permanent makeup or microblading from another artist, you must contact me with a clear photograph of the treated area before booking. If you book an appointment without prior agreement and are found unsuitable for the booked treatment due to the fact that your semipermanent makeup requires removal, you forfeit your booking fee. Please keep in mind that working over or correcting other artist’s work usually requires more time and skill than a client that has never had this done in the past. For this reason all clients with pre-existing permanent makeup or microblading from another artist will pay the full 1st session treatment cost on their first visit to Empire Beauty Clinic.
